Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. gound beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. English peas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Pour off grease.
    Mix all other ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
