Sherry Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    hot cooked rice
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary
Preparation
    Rinse chicken breast with cold water and pat dry.
    Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve chicken gravy over rice.
    Makes about 6 servings.
