Refrigerated Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. salt (onion)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    May be used within 2 weeks.
    Place desired amount in greased casserole.
    Dot with oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or eat as is.
    Good hot or cold.
