Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    3 1/2 c. cold cooked brown rice
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat together egg and egg whites; set aside. Place large nonstick saucepan or wok over medium-high heat 30 seconds. Add oil. Heat 30 seconds; add onions, celery and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, until soft, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add eggs. Cook, stirring gently, until set, 1 minute. Stir in peas. Cook, tossing lightly, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and toss lightly. Serve immediately to prevent sogginess.
