Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 medium onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper (hot)
    2 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
    2 Tbsp. bell peppers (optional)
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, mix onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper well.
    Then add remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
