Bishop Sheen'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. top of the round ground beef
1 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onions
6 slices crumbled bread
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 egg
flour, salt, pepper and catsup
Preparation

Put meat in bowl.
Add onions, bread, green peppers, garlic, applesauce, parsley, salt and pepper.
Add egg and mix well.
Form into loaf and flour well.
Oil pan and place loaf in pan.
Add catsup on top of loaf.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, uncovering for the last 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
