Carrot - Coleslaw Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
lettuce cups
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add cold water, vinegar, salad dressing, salt and pepper and stir until blended.
Chill until partially set.
Beat chilled mixture; add carrots, green pepper, onion, relish and cabbage.
Chill until firm.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Yields 6 servings.
