Ingredients

2 cucumbers, sliced
1/2 C onion, sliced
1/2 C vinegar
1/4 C water
1 to 3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add additional water if vinegar taste to strong.
Add cucumbers and onions.
Place in fridge.
Prepare enough ahead of time to flavor cucumbers, but not so far ahead that cucumber wilt.
