Spatzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    enough water to make consistency of pancake batter
Preparation
    Drop by teaspoon into boiling, salted water.
    Use small amount of batter on sides of spoon and take out of water when they rise to the top.
    Rinse with water and reheat in bowl over low flame.
    Can fry with potatoes or eggs or put in soup.
