Layered Summer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini, sliced
    1 medium sweet onion, diced
    2 tsp. melted butter
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
    3 bread slices, crumbled
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, butter and cheese.
    In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer half onion, tomato and zucchini; repeat.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Cheddar cheese.
    Top with bread crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
