Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 small onion, chopped
1 small head cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. egg roll wraps (produce section)
Preparation

In skillet, place browned hamburger, onions, cabbage, carrots and soy sauce.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Place 2 tablespoons mixture in center of wrap.
Moisten edges with beaten egg.
Roll bottom corner up and sides across and top down.
In hot deep fryer, cook egg rolls until lightly brown.
Drain on paper towel.
