Adam Knopp'S Southern Fried Fish(Spicy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh fish filets
2 c. corn meal or flour (if preferred)
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cut filets into fingerlings or bite size chunks.
Soak in milk for 15 minutes while you mix the corn meal and spices.
Dredge fish into dry mix, coating well and deep fry in vegetable oil. Fry until crispy.
Dip in tartar sauce, lemon or cocktail sauce. Enjoy.
