Wine Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. eye of sirloin, boned
salt and pepper
little olive oil
1/4 pt. dry red wine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Brush meat with olive oil.
Rub salt and pepper over meat.
Pour wine over meat.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
