Rabbit Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large rabbit, cut up and seasoned with Tony's seasoning
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 c. raw rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown rabbit in small amount of oil.
    Set browned rabbit aside.
    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and green onions until wilted.
    Add water, rice, parsley and rabbit; mix well.
    Cover and cook on low heat until rice is done, about 30 minutes.
