Layered Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 medium head lettuce, tear into bite size pieces
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation

In a small bowl,
stir together first 3 ingredients for dressing;
set aside.
Layer
remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Pour on
dressing;
refrigerate at least 4 hours. Toss just before serving.
