Lemon Luscious Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 unbeaten egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake shell before adding filling.
    Combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks. Stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Let cool.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
