White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boned skinless chicken breasts (4)
1 large can (49 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 large jar (48 oz.) undrained Northern beans
2 c. chopped white onion
1/2 bulb garlic, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped (may omit)
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
olive oil for sauteing
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Microwave chicken until done and dice.
Simmer chicken broth and beans.
Add onion, garlic, chicken and seasonings to broth mixture and slow cook for 2 to 3 hours.
(This is spicy and hot.
Use seasonings to your taste.)
