Oven Dried Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    Lay strips in season serve.
    Mix rest of ingredients in order given and pour over meat.
    Seal. Turn meat over every hour, for a minimum of 4 hours.
    Can stand overnight.
