Lo-Cal Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 container Cool Whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip, mixed
    1 large box orange Jell-O
    1 (2 lb.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle dry Jell-O over whipped topping and mix.
    Add cottage cheese and stir.
    Add drained pineapple.
    Let set in refrigerator and hour, if desired, but may be eaten immediately.
