Boo'S Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole potatoes
    salt and pepper
    Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil whole potatoes, with peeling, until a full rolling boil. Remove from heat and cover.
    Let them sit for 20 minutes, then slice them about 1/4-inch thick and place on cookie sheet.
    Salt and pepper them, then coat with Italian salad dressing; let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, then grill or cook in oven.
