Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water mixed with 1 tsp. sugar
3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Mix milk, salt, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine.
Scald in saucepan and let mixture cool.
Dissolve yeast in the water and sugar.
Add to the milk mixture.
Add the flour; mix well.
Let the dough rise twice.
Make rolls.
Put into pans and let rise again.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Brush with melted butter.
