Crabmeat Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crabmeat, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 small grated onion
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine everything and heat.
    While warm, stir in gelatin mixture.
    Pour into mold; refrigerate until firm.
    Turn on platter and serve with Ritz or Escort crackers.
