Peaches And Cream Shortcake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oleo
3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (15 oz.) can well drained peaches (save juice) *
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. juice saved from can
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, oleo and pudding (not instant).
Beat mixture for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer.
Pour into a 10-inch pie plate (greased).
Place well drained peaches over mixture (save juice).
Combine cream cheese, sugar and the reserved juice.
Spoon over peaches.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over cream cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
Filling will appear soft.
