Val'S Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -1 lb. can salmon
    1- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon (remove skin and bone). Combine with next
    8 ingredients, mixing well. Chill several hours. Shape into log or ball and roll in chopped nuts, or serve as spread with crackers. Very good.
