Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 t. salt
    1 t. dry mustard
    4-6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and cook sausage in a fry pan. Drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. In a greased baking dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over top of ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
