Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or raspberries, partially thawed
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 carton whipping cream
Preparation

In a large bowl mix berries, egg whites, sugar and lemon juice.
Beat for 15 minutes.
Whip whipping cream and then fold into fruit mixture.
Spread over cooled crumb crust and top with reserved crumbs.
Freeze.
After frozen, keep covered.
