Ingredients

3 to 4 potatoes
1/4 onion
1 or 2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
Add well beaten egg and salt and flour.
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in frying pan. Drop spoonfuls of mixture into hot fat.
Fry golden brown.
Serve as is or with sour cream or applesauce.
