Shrimp And Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 (16 oz.) can whole or crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 c. instant rice (use more if you want)
    1 lb. scallops
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 medium green pepper, in strips
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and scallops lightly in oil.
    Add tomatoes and sauce with green pepper, etc.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.
