Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can mackerel, cut into chunks
    3 medium onions, chopped
    6 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Cook onions and potatoes until almost done.
    Drain excess liquid, leaving enough to cover vegetables.
    Add mackerel, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir. Crack open eggs and drop in a circle in stew.
    Do not stir! Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 5.
