Apple Pear Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped apples and pears (2 apples, 1 pear)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches. Cream 1/2 cup butter and the granular sugar.
Mix in eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream.
Fold in apples and pears.
