Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. green pickled jalapeno peppers
1 small can potted meat
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 doz. salted crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Mix potted meat, pickle relish, mayonnaise and enough cracker crumbs to make a thick meat paste.
Cut the tips off peppers; remove seeds and membrane.
Fill peppers with mixture.
Serve as hors d'oeuvres.
