Italian Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (2.25 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
    2 (11 oz.) pkg. refrigerated French bread dough
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Cook sausage until it is no longer pink, crumbling it as you cook. Unroll one pack of dough and roll it to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread 1/2 pizza sauce over dough, leaving a 1-inch edge. Mix sausage, cheese and olives together and spread 1/2 of mixture over sauce. Starting at the longest side, roll dough up tightly, pinching seam to seal. Place on baking stone. Follow same instructions for second dough. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
