Chicken Cordon Bleu Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
4 thin slices ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation

In glass baking dish, melt butter; set aside.
Between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, lightly pound chicken to flatten for even cooking.
Place 1 slice of ham and cheese on each breast; start at narrow end and lightly roll up.
Roll in flour, then in melted butter, then in stuffing mix.
Place in baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
