West Phalian Ham With Honeydew Melon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large honeydew
    12 thin slices west Phalian ham or prosciutto
    ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut melon into 12 wedges; remove seeds and rind.
    Place wedges on plates or platter.
    Lay ham slices over the top.
    Garnish with pepper.
    Makes 6 servings.
