Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (2 oz.) envelope dry tomato vegetable soup
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. leaf basil
Preparation
    Place butter, onion and green pepper in 2-quart glass casserole.
    Microwave on Roast for 4 to 5 minutes (until vegetables are partly cooked). Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap.
