Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini
4 medium tomatoes
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Slice vegetables thinly.
In a buttered 2-quart casserole, place a layer of vegetables.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add 1/2 of this to first layer.
Also, add 1/2 of cheese (both kinds).
Dot with margarine.
Continue with layers of vegetables, dry ingredients, cheese and margarine.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 minutes or so longer.
Will serve 6.
