Blue Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz crumbled Blue cheese
    2 tsp. milk
    1/2 green pepper, chopped (3/8 c.)
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. diced pimento, drained
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine cream cheese, Blue cheese and milk; beat until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Shape into ball or wreath; sprinkle tops and sides with dried parsley.
    Use extra pimento to garnish if you wish.
    Chill until served.
    (Great to make ahead.)
    Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
