Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
    Stir in the hot milk, mixing well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
    Cool.
