Frosty Raspberry Gelatin Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. Burgundy wine
    1 c. (8 oz.) Del Monte crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    2 bananas
    sliced lettuce
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise until fluffy.
    Slowly blend in cranberry sauce, gelatin mixture and wine.
    Stir in pineapple; chill until mixture begins to set.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Sprinkle reserved juice over apple and bananas; fold into gelatin mixture.
    Pour into six 1-cup molds; chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce-lined plates.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
