Malmstrom Swedish Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cream or 3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil or melted butter
Preparation
    Beat all together (by hand or blender) until smooth and well blended.
    Pour small amount into hot oiled pan.
    Shake pan (or tilt) quickly so that batter covers pan thinly and evenly (large burner at \"7\").
    Cook until golden brown on both sides.
    Serve while hot, rolled up into tight log (buttered or jellied).
    These are very good if you add just a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg to batter.
