Tiny Hot Meat Balls No. 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round steak
1 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
dash of cayenne
milk to moisten slightly
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Shape into tiny balls.
Brown on all sides in butter.
Add a little hot water, bouillon or meat stock to balls and keep hot in chafing dish or top of double boiler while being served.
Serve with picks.
We like sweet and sour sauce over the meat balls.
