Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. white sugar
4 c. all-purpose flour
4 unbeaten eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. prunes, cooked, seeded and mashed
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
Add flour, soda and spices.
Fold in mashed prunes.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
