Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. shortening
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Bring to boil the water, cocoa and shortening.
Pour over the flour and sugar (combined).
Add the buttermilk.
Add the eggs; beat until smooth.
Add the soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes in a 12 x 15-inch pan.
