Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs plus 1 yolk
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. hot lard from skillet (put into sugar)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. flour, plus

Preparation

Mix soft dough.
Roll out, cut donuts.
Bake in hot grease.
