Sausage And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. raw turkey breakfast sausage
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
    Add sausage.
    Cook uncooked sausage until it is brown, stirring to crumble.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in pepper and salt.
