2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. water
2 stalks diced celery
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms (save juice)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (16 oz.) Chinese vegetables, drained
2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
