Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn (1/4 can juice)
    1 can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 c. crushed crackers
    12 oz. diced Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
