Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix meat together thoroughly.
Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add meat and mix.
Saute onion in large skillet in 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix together seasonings, eggs, onion and meat in bowl. Mix well; form into 48 small balls.
Melt butter in skillet; brown meatballs on all sides.
Remove; set aside to make sauce.
