Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    German chocolate cake mix
    12 oz. bag caramels
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup milk and nuts.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
