Christmas Fruit Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1 small pkg. dates
2 c. pecans
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Chop first 4 ingredients.
Mix with coconut and milk.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with brown paper.
Pour mixture into pan and pat firmly.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto waxed paper sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Cool 1 hour and cut in strips or squares.
